Collaborative Decision Making
Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) Role:
The CDM role provides a cooperative means of monitoring and improving educational programs and conditions within Parmalee Elementary School. The CDM members gather input from parents, teachers, staff and the community to serve as the link between Parmalee Elementary School and the larger Jeffco Public School community. Members serve in an advisory capacity to the principal.
