Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year

Parmalee Elementary uses an online registration process. All students (returning and newly enrolled) must complete the following registration steps annually. Please complete by Friday, August 19, 2022.

  • Update your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account (Required)  The Infinite campus Parent Portal is an electronic gateway to many online services including Jeffco student fee and meal payment. It also serves as our school's primary resource for student/family emergency contact information. Every family is required to have an active and updated Infinite Campus Parent account. Please take a moment and confirm your student's data is correct.

  • District Policy Acknowledgement in  Infinite Campus (Required)  Each year, after July 1st, Jeffco Public Schools requires parents/guardians to review and provide digital signatures for the following district policies:

  • FERPA - select your preferences with regard to the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA)
  • Student & Family Handbook - provide digital signature acknowledging that you understand the district's Student & Family Handbook (more commonly known as the Code of Conduct) is available electronically and that you have reviewed this document and its expectations with your student.
  • Technology Usage Agreement - Students and families must read, understand, and provide a digital signature acknowledging the district's 1:1 device technology usage policy. This policy applies only to students being assigned a 1:1 device (Chromebook) through the district's newly established 1:1 program.

Digital signatures may be submitted through Infinite Campus for each student. Signatures must be completed within 30 calendar days of the student's start date at Parmalee in the current school year. 

**Note: Parmalee Elementary students will not be allowed to use digital technology (Chromebooks, computers, etc.) at school, except when necessary for assessments, until a digital signature for the Student & Family Handbook (Code of Conduct) and the Technology Usage Agreement
is received.

  • Student Fees. Beginning Monday, August 1, 2022. Parmalee student fees may be paid online in Infinite Campus. Student fees may also be paid by check or credit card in the school office. Please pay student fees by August 19, 2022. If you have questions or are facing financial hardship, please contact Denise Simpson for assistance. ([email protected] or 303-982-8014).

  • SchoolCafe. This system is used to set up and add funds to student meal accounts, as well as for families wishing to apply for Free & Reduced Meals benefits. Everything is in one place at the SchoolCafe website! Instructions on how to create an account, add your student(s), and add funds to their account may be found at the bottom of this page.

  • Free & Reduced Meals Program. The Free & Reduced Meals Program is a federally assisted meal program that provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost or free lunches to children each school day. Eligible students may also qualify for school and district fee waivers. Applying for free & reduced meal benefits is quick, easy, and secure. Just create your SchoolCafe account and select "Apply for Benefits." Remember, you must reapply for the Free & Reduced Meals program every school year, even if you participated the previous year. Program eligibility information is provided in the application itself.

**Note: The U.S. Department of Agriculture has determined it will no longer provide free school meals to all students as it did in the 2021-22 school year. Families should apply for the Free and Reduced program per the instructions above.

  • Parmalee Climbing Wall Consent Form  (Required)  Please review and complete the Climbing Wall Consent Form to allow your student(s) to utilize the climbing wall throughout the school year.

  • Parmalee Arrowhead Park Consent Form (Required)  Please review and complete the Arrowhead Park Consent Form to allow your student to participate traveling by foot to Arrowhead Park. Students without documented consent will not be allowed to participate.

  • Birthday Book Club (Optional)  The Parmalee Library Birthday Book Club celebrates your child's birthday in a special way while helping our library collection grow. Participation in the program is voluntary and involves a $16 donation per book, per child. Please visit the Birthday Book Club webpage to learn more. Payment may be made electronically when submitting your student's fees through Infinite Campus. 

  • Jefferson County Public Library Card (Encouraged)  Parmalee encourages all students to have their own public library card. With a library card, students have access to the collection of Jefferson County Pubic Library, as well as electronic databases, homework help, language learning programs, and more! Apply for a library card for your child
